If the wind is strong enough to blow your egg over, you'll have bigger problems I think. More likely worry might be branches or debris blowing into it2 · -

Seven hours is too short, at 225 it isn't a linear relationship. If you see two hours and a half hours per pound on avarage for a cook time at 225 (and that is what i recall when i did them at E…1 · -
