I've never brined wings until recently. I did apple cider vinegar, water, and hot sauce, all equal parts or so. I stirred in some table salt. It came out very good.1 · -

That's restaurant quality! I usually blacken my fish in a cast iron skillet on an outside gas burner. I didn't think a griddle would get hot enough to blacken.1 ·
