Congrats. I love my small and it uses much less lump than the large. One thing I have realized is that RO lump works better in my small than WG, which I prefer for the Large. I have more or less star…1 · -

We love shrimp on the Egg. I toss them in a little oil and rub right before I put them on. A few minutes each side, raised direct. They are always a big hit and very easy to cook.3 · -

The JH Greek is my favorite rub in my collection. I replace it all the time. I hear the pecan rub is their most famous but haven't tried it.1 · -
Re: Pizza stone...which one?
Someone told me recently that they bought the BGE deep dish stone. If they want thin crust, they just flip it over and put the pizza on the bottom. Best of both worlds. I though that was pretty smart.1 ·
