I agree with @DMW but the small will cook a lot more than steaks, burgers and chicken. It's great for low and slow cooks like ribs, pork butt, and a brisket flat. And it's perfect for Tri …2 · -

I've tried caveman steaks twice and while I enjoyed the cook, I much prefer a reverse sear, T-Rex style or seared in a CI skillet. Good luck and post if you perfect the cook.1 · -
