Just under 15 hours, 205. FTC until around 4 or so. Next up are the Pig Shot which will go on about 2:30 and then a spatch. I hope I have enough self control to stay out of the cooler until then!1 · -

Chugging right along. I'm at 185 IT. The egg held temp at 250 all night long with not one adjustment. Oddly enough as soon as the sun came up she dropped to 225. I made a very small adjustment a…1 ·
