Nice! I have done similar where I diced the peppers into mix of cream cheese and shredded cheese. Never thought about half pepper like that. Consider it stolen2 · -

I soaked some pineapple in dark spiced rum with a bit of vanilla extract and brown sugar. Then grilled and put on vanilla bean ice cream. Tasty stuff4 · -
