A whole head of peeled garlic, with some salt and pepper, and olive oil wrapped in foil and baked on the BGE make a wonderful spread on french bread.1 · -

Don't try to cook the dough hotter than whatever the maker recommends. Store bought dough is generally 400. Higher in the dome is really much better.1 ·
