A common issue you see with pizza on the egg is getting top of pizza golden brown before bottom is burnt. Steel just makes this issue worse.1 · -

The small has the classic shape and performance of the larger eggs. It will run overnight doing a low and slow just like the larger eggs. It will sear. Great little grill. I have an XL to go with it.…1 · -
