    FYI, most hardware store stainless steel fasteners are not as strong as the better steel fasteners. A good source for a wide variety of fasteners is McMaster.com.

    I never bothered seasoning my wok. I just use it. Works just fine and it's developing a nice season. When I cook, I use peanut oil, if that matters.

    I don't. They fit but when I designed my kitchen I didn't set up storage for that size.Good luck with your new stove! Mine is the best I've ever used.
