Re: Reverse sear?
I sear dome down. In an effort not to overcook the meat I usually go with Trex. Once you get a good sear then you can slowly watch the temp climb during the roast. To each his own, but I have better …1 · -

Need to see pics. Chicken wings- raised direct mix corn starch in the rub. Make a hot ranch sauce and toss them in that then back in egg. Good eats1 · -

Yes buy them raw or "green" no roasting just boil. They are firm enough to come out of the shell in tact, but soft when you eat them. Of course, you take them out of the shell!1 · -
