    I am a dough right on the stone guy too. Nicely floured peel and several shakes while building the pie on the peel and you are golden. A few jiggles of the paddle at the egg and she slides right off.…

    You just have to make sure you get the residue from the old gasket off of the ceramic so it adheres properly. It takes some elbow grease, a few rags, acetone to cut it, and a straight edge scrapper. …

    When it hits the market it will probably be $2000! Then $200 for each eggsessory. I would rather buy another large and a small. Guess we will see the price though.
