Jerk Chicken
I was in the mood for jerk chicken yesterday, so I tried a Bobby Flay recipe (http://bobbyflay.com/recipe.php?id=163&v=2). It was okay, but not great. Next time I would use smaller thighs instead…1 · -
Duck with nice Bordeaux
Nice Saturday dinner on he BGE: Peking duck, friend rice, fruit salad and nice bottle of Bordeaux. Turned out great...just wish I had more leftover for lunch tomorrow. Will do two ducks next time.2 · -
