Ok flat it is... Plate setter has steam bath. First layer has ribs wrapped in tea leafs. Raised rack is flats seasoned...still have to figure out how to fit 1lbs. tiger prawns in there..moon rack won…1 · -

That was at -10 it got to about -15 or so at 3:30 am when I pulled it... This is also my first winter with my egg... Got it as a wedding gift in June.1 · -
