Today it took 5 hours...at about 4.5 I bumped it up from 250 to 265. I'm sure you could go higher temp make shorter cook time but I like it slow. Seems to make it that much more tender. Good luc…1 · -

@Acorn...I cook the meat to 160 IT at 250 grid then bump egg to 350 put meat in pan then cook for 3 hours. Shred and then back on for 30 min or so. @jcaspary this is some awesome stuff! Here's …2 ·
