The difference eventually gets closer to each other as the cook progresses. I use the grid temp because the bge probe eventually matches it. Plus think about it, the grid is what the meat is on, so t…2 · -

I usually take pictures and deal directly with Bruce, then it's easy. . Show the local dealer the email with no hassle. I have had 3 parts replaced at the local dealer.1 · -
