Holy Crap, Never Had That Happen Before
So I did a burn off last night. Cleaned out the debris and ash and loaded fresh lump. Went to start it with a Looftlighter and after a minute or two there is a lout whooosh and a two foot flame start…1 · -

I coat mine with yellow mustard before adding the rub, and cook at 250. Finish at 200 internal and/or when the bone will pull free easily.2 · -
