Most will tell you to cook to temp not time. What IT did you pull the chicken off at? What was your egg setup? The higher in the dome you get the chicken the crispier from my experience. Also, dry sk…2 · -

Fill lump to top of fire ring. Light in one place and leave dome open a bit. Install indirect piece and grate and close lid. As temp starts to climb shut down vents to your desired temp. I never go 2…3 · -
