I try to have dome between I try to keep dome around 275 to 300 and usually go for internal between 205 to 210, works great for me every time...I shoot for dome at 275 to 300 and internal temp of 205…2 · -

I have used mine a couple of times, real good results. I put the plate setter in, feet up and then set it directly in the drip pan. This way I can get a 12 to 14 pounder to fit without hitting the do…1 ·
