Heisenberg did it. Loosen bands, adjust and try again. Mine used to align perfectly but now I'm 1/4" off too. I stopped trying to fix it and just cook.3 · -

Also, don't get it too close to cold meat either. At least early on the cold meat cold impact the temp a bit.1 ·
