Splash in about 1/2 cup of rubbing alcohol, let soak for 2-3 minutes. Drop in a lighted match. Good to go.1 · -

Great looking. I love a tri tip. When slicing, just be sure to cut across the grain. Remember, that will change along the length of the roast, so keep an eye on it.1 · -
