Asian nachos, Goose Island Chicago Pale Ales, at the Grand Lux Cafe. Fried wonton, peanut sauce, crushed peanut, brilliant fusion. So F'n good.2 · -

I agree. You judge a good brewery by it's good Pilsner or Lager. Nothing to hide behind. This hop train is rolling strong. Not a huge fan. Have fun with the fam in Ames my friend.1 ·
