Those looked very good. When I cook beef ribs now I use uncut Chuck Short RIbs (4 bone) or Plate Ribs (3 bone). They are meatier and have a really great flavor when cooked low and slow.1 · -

Most butcher shops and good markets use the IMPS number to identify cuts. 185D is the one for Tri Tip. When I gave that number to my local super market the meat manager was able to get Tri Tip easily…1 ·
