    i put on 2 whole chickens and a full 8lb bag of lump charcoal all vents are open wide still 225 degrees all day whats up am i adding enough charcoal?

    Hey Squeezy, I was looking back at your rib post and I know you have a large egg. I just can't figure out how you have four racks flat on the grate while finishing. Where they small racks? I have a couple racks I am gonna cook and I can't se getting maybe three. And these don't look really big.
