He put 3 legs on mine it works fine but wish it had 4 for looks. Price is a little high, but it is hand crafted from raw materials. And makes a nice a topic of discussion. If u don't mind let me know what u think.
Been cooking and working on the face for table. Got some pig shot started and ready to fill in toppings and finish cooking this afternoon. Started 2 pork butts last night cooking as we speak. Also cooking later today chicken peg legs and smoked baked potatoes. And is the start of a beautiful day. Hope everybody has a great and safe day. Pics later when I get laptop out.
Went to the Georgia eggfest today. Was a great time and talked to several people and cooks. Thanks for the info you gave me. Food was good. Weather was great, not any rain and a little sun. Temp was comfortable.
Bought xl egg and built temp table for it. Have heated to 350 to 400 a few times, just playing with heat control. Looking forward to cooking on it this afternoon. Thanks for all info i have read here for past 2 months.
