Has anyone ever cooked the turkey from Big Bob Gibson's cookbook? Im planning on doing it for Thanksgiving and wanted to see if anyone else has used this recipe before. If you dont know what Im talking about Big Bob Gibsons Cookbook is the best grilling cookbook I have EVER had. Everything I have cooked out of it has been just GREAT!
