Well we had this last week sometime - Had to make sure that i could still egg a turkey since Thanksgiving is around the corner. I cooked indirec at a 375 dome temp - with a platesetter legs up, with BGE feet holding a water pan, then the grid, then my roaster with turkey, I never used the v rack for some reason i just used it to prep the bird. the turkey was a small at 11 lbs, i put seasoned butter under the skin, it makes for a great taste, also put some on the outside. This turkey turned out great and juicy!! :):) :cheer:
