Pineapple dish from Eggtoberfest

Does anyone know the details (who made it, how to make it, direct/indirect, etc) of the pineapple dish at Eggtoberfest 2010??

It had a halved pineapple, with the pineapple carved out, cubed and put back into the pineapple shell before cooking.

The team didn't have a card out for it and it doesn't show up in the 2010 Eggtoberfest Recipes.

Maybe my wife and I just imagined the whole thing? :blink: :huh:

If no one knows, I'll just wing it.

I remember seeing it and want to say it was near Fidel and/or Vidalia1. Maybe they know. Never got to try it.

Is this what you and your wife imagined? Keep imagining because it was mostly gone by the time I got there.

Yes! Your camera imagined it too!

At least you got a shot of it and it gives me a hint about the foil. That would make me think it was done direct.

We didn't get any either, we saw it going on and then didn't get back in time.
