Trader Joe's Marinaded Rack of Lamb
Ross in Ventura
Posts: 7,234

Jackie and I just love these Racks of Lamb from TJS, they are marinaded and seasoned frozen you just defrost them and grill.

Egg up to 400*

Seared on both sides for 3-min. and on the ends as well.

Put on a raised grid for 15-min. or 134* internal.

Rested for 10-min. then carved.

Served with Baked Sweet Potato, leftover Mashed Potatoes, and Salad. YUMMY.
Thanks for looking
Ross

Ross, That looks so good. I am going to have to try that for myself. You are the masser (slang for master).

Oh man that looks great, and so easy! No messy prep work. Putting those on my wifes shopping list.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Perfect Ross, Did you sear at 400* as well?

Very nice dinner Ross.

Looks great Ross, like the dueling potatoes. What king of marinade was it?

That is a beautiful rack of lamb and a very nice dinner preparation. Our nearest Trader Joe's is two hours away driving fast, but my wife found a similar rack at Sams. I had to make my own marinade out of fresh herbs from the garden, but it turned out wonderful. The next time I'm in Atlanta I'll have to try the ones from TJS.

Ross, I've yet to try the rack from TJ's, I have a thing about pre-marinated food. But you've done a couple that have looked outstanding. Going to give it a try.
