(This is for any central MS Eggers who are not on my email list).....

Madison Fireplace & Patio will be hosting a turkey-cooking demonstration this Saturday, starting at 10:45 am. This will not be nearly as big an event as the recent turkey fest put on by 'Smoking Guitar Player', but I will be demonstrating the technique of preparing the "Mad Max Turkey". (Of course, full credit will be given to Max Rosen for perfecting this fantastic turkey and gravy recipe)!

Come by the store (on Highland Colony Parkway in Madison) Saturday, watch the demo, enjoy some samples, and shop for any eggcessories or Dizzy Pig rubs you might be needing.
