Hi Molly,
That's the same answer I came up with.
All the best!! -
Hi Beli,
In recalling the view of your backyard in your photos, I think I may rather be your neighbor!! -
Ok I'll decide. PORK!!!! I say that because I always have been partial to pork my whole life. That's just what you eat in the south. I did, however, cook some beef ribs a couple weeks back that were awesome. As a matter of fact, I think I need to buy some more after seeing your pics. Let me also say that those pork ribs look perfectly cooked. They are pulled back from the bone just right and look amazing. Hope they were good because they have my mouth watering!

Hi!
You know, I was the same way, I've never done beef ribs on the egg until yesterday. They were awesome, but those pork ribs were just falling off the bone. Entirely two different meats so it is impossible to really compare. It was a fun experiment trying yesterday!!!
The pork ribs were cooked perfect..even better with the Carnivore sauce!!! Beef ribs will definitely be on my list of continued cooks too, though. -
Decisions, decisions....they both look fantastic!
-
Jerry, I can't make up my mind....so just send me two beef ribs and a half slab of the pork ribs. That ought to do it for my dinner tonight!
They both look perfect!

Did you foil?
-
Hi,
I did - I find the steeping in the foil works really well.. roughly 3-1-1 or 3-1.5-1 is how I do it. -
Hi Rebecca,
Unfortunately we have no leftovers!!!! -
Thanks Elizabeth,
They were - quite different but really good!
