Kona Koast rubbed ribeye

We needed a good steak last night after reading all the beef posts lately! I rubbed a beautiful ribeye with Richard FL's Kona Koast Koffee rub and let it sit for an hour or two.

On to a super hot fire, grid right down on the coals. About 2 minutes a side.

Resting.

Plated with an egged tater and a salad. It was DEEEEELISH!

You're right, the grid is from an old boat grill, it sure comes in handy. I LOVE that rub. Actually, like all of them that I have. Doing a stuffed, rolled pork roast tonight w/Indian River Spice Blend. -
I can't bring myself to order a steak in a resaurant anymore!

That looks friggin awesome. After all the seafood this week, you have made me really hungry for some cow! You are right, that rub is great.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
