Wing help please!

I'm cooking some wings tonight and my plan was the following:
350 degrees, wings in a "non-stick grilling wok" with Dizzy Pig Raging River on them, then toss them in some sauces if the DP isn't enough for each persons taste.
My question is this: is 350 right? If so how long should I expect to cook them? And should this be direct or indirect?
I also planned on throwing a handful of apple wood for some added smoke....is that necessary?
Thanks for your help everyone....I'm still learning!

350 is ok, takes approx 45 minutes. Ya can also go to 375 and brush the wings with olive oil before adding DP. Helps to crisp up the skin. I egg wings indirect.
Good luck ! -
For your next wing cook go buy at Lowes and wing rack or 2. I'm making my famous wings tonight. I put rub on them and I use the platesetter legs up and grate on top. 350 and I never touch them for an hour and they come out perfect every time. I've done them a million times and would never change. I take them off and sauce them. People rave about them...good luck

pjoe- I think Mark is talking bout something like this. I think these are meant to be used with whole wings, not split wings with the drummie and the paddle separated.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Here ya go,,, about $6 at the big box stores

works great for legs or wings -
I ended up sprinkling the wings with Raging River DP, cooking them indirect at 350 - 360 in a grilling wok for 20 to 25 min per side (25 min, flip, 20 more minutes) then coated them with Lawry's Havanna Garlic and Lime marinade and then put them directly on the grill grid for another 5 min. Great wings.

I just cook them on the grid. They turn out perfect!Molly

with the wing rack you never have turn them and they turn out perfect every time. It's whatever works for you. I haven't bought wings at any wing restaurant since I started doing my own. The egg does them the best
