Tonight's Dinner

Nothing terribly novel or exciting for dinner tonight - but somehow anything cooked on the egg is so tasty that it's picture worthy!
I'm fortunate to have an excellent small market nearby that handles very nice meats - (it's also one of the few places I can get to save veal bones when I want to make stock).
They make a very nice seasoned burger patty with red onion and fresh herbs. Hubby had a hankering for one tonight.

I also browned up a few veal and spinach sausages that will go along with the sweet potatoes I made last night to feed the rug rat for the next few days (and for me to snack on).
