I am going to cook a pork loin. Can anyone tell me at what temperature and how long to cook. I am cooking 3 half pork loins.

I do them indirect at 350-375 and pull when internal is 140F turning once or twice. But I prefer to stuff them.

Around 1.5 hours at 350 dome temp, indirect heat. Allow 1/2 hour to rest wrapped in foil. If you want wow loin, pull at 135 internal meat temps. It will climb to 140 while resting. If you want new soles for your shoes, cook to 165 internal meat temp and nail while still warm.
