Holy Smoking Veal

Got a nice veal blade steak and seasoned with Pixie Dust and Holy Smoking Chipotle for an hour. Seared on small 550F minute per side, it was 1 inch thick. Served with boiled potatoes, beans and onions and some mango chutney. Great meal.
