Fajitas with woot Presorvac marinator

Got the presorvac off woot last week and decided to try it on some fajitas. Marinated in a lime juice olive oil and spice mixture I use for 2 of the 5 min cycles it runs. Flipped in between cycles.
My girlfriend said they were the best ive made so I guess it works. They were flavorful and tender, cooked to about medium using alton browns method sliced and tossed in the juices.

On the hot coals about 600 dome temp

done and ready to rest
