salmon steak help

I need some good advice for salmon steaks?
I am cooking for my mother in laws birthday. My wife said she would like to have salmon steaks. I have cook the maple plank salmon from the dizzy pig with no problems and no left overs.thank you for any and all help

    I like this. Never tried it on the egg, but don't see why it wouldn't be great!! Unless anyone's allergic to nuts.
