Don't have to return to work till tomorrow night so had a little time to Egg some'en up. First the raws:

As the regular inmates hear know my wife can not take much spice so I did her's different than mine. She had cooked some ribeyes a few days ago and for hers I just cooked some onion and bell peppers well done, sliced her stake into strips then seasoned with wistershire sause, garlic powder and a little cumman in the wok to reheat.

Now for the good stuff! :woohoo: Sliced more onion and peppers up and cooked till soft and set to side.

Next cooked "Piglet pieces" with more wistershire sause, cumman, pepreka, and all spice till tinder and set to side.

A couple Skylab Fall outs on a nice Fall evening while that was simmering.

Next up the "flavor crystals" of Habenero, garlic and shallots.

Add chorizo and cook till done then add the pepper/onions and pork back to wok and mix.

Some lettuce and tomatos, refried beans and "Mexican cheese".

Been a while since I took some proper pics of Auron so had a little time and did so today.

Is there a dentist in the house??!

No new knife. Same Hattori I have for the last year or so. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Like a lazer in your hand. Yea Aurons teething. Got about as many teeth on the floor as dog hair now days!
-
Thanks bud....
That was a great post, and I want to come to your house for lunch tomorrow
!!! -
Great cook and pics.
Watch out for those habaneros -- the "second taste" can be worse than the first!
-
Alright Deane great post. Auron seems to be getting bigger and bigger. I guess he must be chewing on everything in sight. Hopefully it won't be something important.
-

Nice and spicy. Auron's teeth look good enough to eat a little rat dog.

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
Served at 12:15 promp!

Got me a bush of those Indian Ghost peppers (Bhuts) growing in a pot right now. Rats at them last year but hope to try one fresh soon. I have ate them pickeled but that takes some of the heat out of 'em.

I thought about you Beli putting this meal togeather. The chorizo made it.Not real happy with some of the pics though. The lighting in my kitchen just is'nt right. If I use the flash it lights close ups up to much and almost "whites" them out and with out the flash its drab. Got to do some'en about it.

Steve your "gerbil" would have nothing to fear from Auron. He's more a lover than a fighter with smaller dogs and strangers legs if ya know what I mean?

Really nice looking Pork & Chorizo fajetas there!

From the fifth pic I can tell someone, most likely a periodontist, has had a very bad influence on two counts: peppers and knives, lol.
Wow, Auron looks full grown! Don't think I want to trespass on your property. Keep the pics coming. -
Actually Becca I got him on the peppers and he got me on the knifes. Look what just came in the mail today for my Bday!! :woohoo:

-
Happy Birthday Deane!
Should have known that you two were trading your vices, lol. Looks to me as if lcb is trying to kill you! -
Deane...just checking....your B'Day today??
-
No Beli it was the 15th. Any birthday above ground is a good birthday!!
-
bill's a whimp Becca. He like to play with the peppers but if he were to actually swallow one it would probably kill him!!
-
How many puppy teeth does he have left? BTW the food looked great!
