First some pork chops for lunch:
Plus some chicken breasts for one of the kids:
Then, "Spicy Beef" from "TheDirtyBurger" on here.
2 hours in:
5 1/2 hours:
Finally, a Spatchcock chicken to be used for who knows what, later in the week:
The leftover beef will be used in a stew, or chili. It was very good !
Still enough lump left for another quick cook...
