New Butcher Burgers

We have been very happy with the quality of meat we have been getting from our new butcher. His ground chuck is excellent and our burgers have been turning out great.
I have been omitting the egg and bread crumbs. All these had were salt, pepper and a packet of Lipton onion soup mix(mom's trick). Everything was very gently mixed and formed.
I used a raised grill which has been working excellent for burgers and chicken(Thanks Steve).

Looking good Shane.
My mom used the onion soup too but I'm a bit sensitive to salt. That's why I just use the dehydrated onion.

Yes, we have been talking about making our own version to control the salt.
Thanks again for the raised grill tip. Our chicken and burgers have been much easier to cook and have been turning out amazing.

Shane that is the way we do with the Liptons.
Very good man....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd. -
