I cooked some'en: Just some ribs and peppers

Sorry folks. Nothing fancy tonight. Just some pig and peppers. Been a while and sounded good. The raws:

I did a version of Car Wash Mikes turbo ribs. First rubed them down real good with my house rub.

Cooked on the rib rack at 300 for about an hour and 15 min. flipping 1/2 way threw.

Remove and foiled with beer for another 30 min. then back flat on grill saused for another 20 min.

While the ribs were cook'en a few peppers and aundui sausage.
