Beef tenderloin

Finished off a tenderloin I picked up on Saturday - it was the tapered end.
The setup - pulled the firering out of the mini

Got the temp up to 470

Hot tubbed and rubbed with Richards Kona coffee rub

Searing

Put the big end down to finish - pulled at 120 on the big end

Nice

Sliced in half lengthwise - Just the way we like em

The more post I see of cooks on the Mini, the more I want one. Can't decide whether to buy a Mini or Small?
Great looking tenderloin Frank!Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Have an XL, Small, and Mini.
We use all and like all but the Small has the highest utilization.
If you are deciding between the small and mini, I would recommend the small. Portability is not an issue and more versatile. -
OOOOHHHHWWWWEEEE! You done flung a CRAVIN on ME!!!PURRRRFECT!!!
Only thing better would be a side of 'Loney noodles!!!
