Going to make a whole chicken. I normally coat in a little olive oil, spice the outside and inside, and cook over direct on a little chicken holder until about 190 internal temp, makes skin pretty crispy.

I am thinking of trying it indirect tonight and was wondering if it would still get that nice crispy skin texture to it this way. What are some of the way that others are here like to prepare and cook theirs? Thanks.
