MOINK balls ok for adult treats on Halloween?

We're setting up a table for handing out candy for the kids, and hot cider (Goldschlagger optional) for the adults.
I was considering possibly making MOINK balls for the adults as well. Any recommendations how to keep warm for service? I'd like to do them somewhat ahead of time and set them out once the kids get started.
Thanks in advance.

I would think a slow cooker on its lowest setting would work just fine.
Just remember though, if you start handing out that kind of treats at your door you will wind up with a house full of people that you don't know and you won't be able to make them leave   :silly: :side: -
So if I do them on the Egg and get the bacon nice and crispy, will the bacon get soggy sitting in the slow-cooker / chafing dish? Would it be better to have the sauce on the side for dipping so the bacon stays crispy?

I would do one dip and back on the egg to "set" it, and then have the sauce on the side for an optional second dip - neaux double dippin

Ok... here's the deal... I've been conscripted to walk the neighborhood with the grandson. They've decided on a costume for me... in "drag" as the "toothless fairy" (scary, huh).
So do you all have suggestions for how to prepare MOINK Balls ahead of time and hold for service. One idea I thought might work was that once they're pulled off the Egg, hold for service by putting in one of those soft, insulated coolers... layered between sheets of paper towel and AF.
Also, is the dipping sauce usually serverd warm?
I figure if I could prepare them an hour or two ahead of time that would be great!
Thanks in advance! -
you could cook them....heat up the egg, and then kill the fire....let the smoke clear and stick them back in the egg until you are ready to take them out and serve.....that is what I am thinking about doing.

I wish, oh I wish that you were my neighbor
This is a delightful idea - I may have to work on something for some of the folks in my neighborhood.
It seems to me that Carwash Mike posted some photos a year or so ago at Halloween - I believe he treated the kids to pizza! -
Wow, you are a trooper. Making moinks ahead of time, to be enjoyed by folks at your house while you are walking the neighborhood dressed as a toothless drag queen? You deserve an award.
