Frank, Last month I trimmed up some spares and had the left over deboned trimmings ground and usually make a fatty out of it but, instead patty-ed them up like a burger. Needless to say we loved them and next time I wanted to do them like you did. So, with all the extra words said I will copy you some day. Tim :P

Wow Frank, you photos have caught up with your food. Outstanding my friend.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
