but whad'ga do with all the potato innards? -
Chief - I think they were on for about 30 minutes. Raised on a pizza stone with a dome temp of 400.

Once it was pretty well cooked added few tomato bits and some cilantro, cheese and a few shakes of Tony's. -
They are in a ziplock in the fridge for now - prolly mashed taters. :huh:

Nice! what if you used (1) 1/2 for the fratatas and the other to put the innards into for twice baked later?

Frank I think you might have just started something :unsure:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
