Flank Steak & Black Bean Tostada

What is better than making a recipe from the Eggtoberfest? Combining two recipes into one dish!
I took TnVolKen's Pepper Sauce and Beer Marinade for flat iron steak and combined it with Bob Quiero's Rev'd Up Black Beans for a great tostada.

After marinating the steak for 4 hours, I made up a batch Bob's Rev'd Up Black Beans

Grilled the steak at 400f for about 4 min a side.

Toasted the corn tortillas

And threw it all together

Looks good Chris. Black beans are very versatile. I like to puree mine but I think I'll give yours a shot. Nice pics as well. Are you using a macro lens?

No, it's a 50mm prime (Nikon brand). Nice fast glass, apertures as low as 1.8f. It's my favorite lens for shooting food. About $130 from B & H.Knoxville, TN
