steak fajitas

had to go with flank steak, marinated in lime juice, olive oil, cumin, and pepper for four hrs. seared on 550 for eight mins. transfered to fajita cast iron with sautaeed vidalia onions to finish before going on heated soft taco. covered steak and onions with colby jack cheese, wrapped up and dug in. pretty darn good meal between watching football games

Looks great. I must have some of those pans. Love grilled fajitas. I haven't done them on my egg- used to love them on the gasser. Can only imagine how good those must be.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

hoss. yes i do, we are lucky to have vidalia onions down here almost yr round due to the new way to store them. love my fajita ci, you will enjoy them.
