Well actually I lied my wife cooked it while I was at work but you get the idea. In 2 weeks the temps have gone from 95 to 70 for high. Broke out the bibs on the ride to work for the 1st time this year. :pinch: Sorry. No "raws" pick as she took pics as well. Browned her onion well in a little oil 1st then added her ground beef and browned it as well. Remove and browned a little pork sausage then returned all to cast iron along with 2 cans roasted tomatoes and one can tomato sause. A hand full of spices as she says and on the Egg at 300-325 for several hours.

Cooked with the lid about 10% cracked with plenty of presimmon wood threw the cook and stiring every 30 min.

Plated up with a fresh habenero and cheese.

Been out of town at the Schutzhund club Fri-Sun with a trainer from Holland. Really learned a lot from him as well as the other club members who are really opening up to us. We spent Sat. night in Little Rock and and some of use went out and ate afterwards. Really had a good time and ended up visiting way to late in the parking lot! Sorry about lack of pics as Doreen took these with Cell phone as yours truly left the camra at the house. :pinch:
Tracking with the instructor:

Instructor "playing" tug with Auron. He got a "real" bite on a pillow but wife didn't have camra so no pic, no proof!

Think he likes staying in La Quinta Inn and Suits?!

Chile looks great JL. We are having some cold rainy weather here. I was thinking that it's time for some chile. The pup seems to be fully recovered. He is a beauty!

Chili looks good. Thanks for the tip on La Quinta Inn. I prefer the non smoking and non animal hotels. Didn't know they were pet friendly.

His last x ray was perfect. Should be no long term damage as it was to the bone itself not a joint.

Beli we are working on her camra skills next! She took the tracking pics with the cell phone camra with her fingers over the lense!
