I always thought you had to cook ribs slow, LOL, boy was I mistaken! Those look great HungryMan. The ones I just did yesterday took about 4 hours @ 285º and I probably could have cut that time a little, these are very tender. I used thirdeye's method and just had my second serving for supper. They are great, far better then any I have tried to do low and slow. I have been coming to the conclusion that Baby Back Ribs like enough heat to cook. Every time I cook them at 250º or above they have come out better. Thanks for sharing.

Al I think you are right. WOW looks good....
Are they as good as 4 to 5 hour ribs?

I think so. They cook faster than spares a little. Give it a shot. They are firm, but mush. I like to raise them and put foil under the meat. I can't cook seafood, but I think it's hard to mess up ribs.

I cook it different every time. That's the fun of it.
